Oh, in case anybody wondered, I’m still a nonsmoker

Yep.

I didn’t fall silent because I fell off the wagon or anything.

I haven’t had a cigarette in 24 days.

So suck it.

    So if I understand you correctly, you would like to celebrate your absence of smokes by having us…suck what?

    Congrats. I am happy that you are doing this. I am happy your health is going to improve and smiling with you as you sound proud of your accomplishment and I get to share that with you!

    i dunno, suck whatever.

    i still want to smoke.

    i’m still pissed about quitting.

    it actually activated a level of depression i’ve never experienced, and if i’m able to keep myself above water without losing my apartment, it will be a blessing.

    so fucking whatever.

    I quit six weeks ago this past Saturday because I came thisclose to being diagnosed with COPD, and while I’m happy about not having COPD and my wife is happy that I’m not gonna necessarily die from smoking tomorrow, I miss it and will always miss it.

    The upside is, Chantix gives me the funkiest, most fucked-up dreams, in which the plots actually follow a more or less linear path, and it’s kind of cool. So, there’s that.
