In the vice presidential debate, Sarah Palin made a snarky comment about Joe Biden’s assertion that offshore drilling “rap[es] the intercontinental shelf.” So The Daily Show’s John Oliver asked McCain adviser Douglas Holtz-Eakin the natural follow-up question: “Does Sarah Palin support the ocean paying for its own rape kit?”
